Firbrook were the first condominiums built in Pierce County. The 10 acre project includes 150 luxury units, all facing inwards to a designed brook with ponds, waterfalls and fountains. The central water feature not only is aesthetically pleasing, but was a necessary requirement to collect water on-site. The central feature includes benches and gathering spaces, lawn areas and extensive native plants sloping down to the water’s edge.
