University Place, WA
Firbrook were the first condominiums built in Pierce County. The 10 acre project includes 150 luxury units, all facing inwards to a designed brook with ponds, waterfalls and fountains. The central water feature not only is aesthetically pleasing, but was a necessary requirement to collect water on-site. The central feature includes benches and gathering spaces, lawn areas and extensive native plants sloping down to the water’s edge. Additional site amenities include an entry pond with fountain, custom site lighting and connecting foot paths throughout the site.
