A master plan was prepared for the Pierce County Parks Department to improve park conditions for public use on Lake Tapps. Features include preservation and enhancement of sensitive areas; maximize use of existing land, improvement to park entrance, boat launch, pedestrian spaces for play areas and family picnic facilities. Tasks included: Programming meetings with administration and staff, public design charettes, design studies and master plan, and coordinating site development requirements with Pierce County.
